Joining a committee is one of the best ways to maximize your CCIM San Diego membership, giving you exclusive access to some of the top leaders in the commercial real estate industry. Sponsorship
The Sponsorship Committee secures industry partners to support the Chapter through annual sponsorships or special event partnerships. Here is our current list of Platinum, Gold and Silver Annual Sponsors, we are always looking for more sponsors to support our Chapter.
Membership
The Membership Committee focuses on growing and retaining chapter members by fostering engagement within the CCIM community and the San Diego CRE industry.
Programming & Networking
This committee plans and executes engaging networking and educational events for Chapter members and the broader CRE community. Here is our current 2025 Calendar of Events.
Education & University Outreach
This committee conducts outreach with local colleges and universities to introduce students to commercial real estate (CRE) and promote the CCIM designation. We currently have four in-person CCIM Core Classes hosted in San Diego in 2025; please see our 2025 Calendar of Events.

Candidate Guidance & Education
The Candidate Guidance & Education Committee assists candidates through the CCIM education and designation process. This committee offers portfolio review courses and designation exam prep and facilitates the candidate recommendation process. It also manages the planning and execution of core curriculum courses hosted by CCIM San Diego.

The Marketing Committee is responsible for increasing the visibility of CCIM San Diego by:

Scholarship
The Scholarship Committee oversees the application, selection, and awarding of Chapter-sponsored and CCIM Foundation Institute scholarships. This committee is also instrumental in raising money to fund new scholarships.
Designation Promotion
The Designation Promotion Committee works to increase awareness and recognition of the CCIM designation within the San Diego commercial real estate market.
