BECOME A CCIM CANDIDATE
To receive the member discount price on CCIM Courses you must be registered with the CCIM Institute as a CCIM Candidate, this is not the same as your local Chapter Membership. Check out our Q&A page to find out more.
CCIM Candidate Annual Pricing
U.S.: $695 | Canada: $420 | International: $195 | Dues will prorate in your shopping cart if you join after Jan. 31. Prices vary across member types because of the member benefits available in each area.
1) Register to become a CCIM Institute Candidate HERE.
A CCIM Institute Member, Candidate or Designee, will receive the member rate on any classes offered by the CCIM Institute. There is a long list of benefits to a CCIM Institute Membership that you can find HERE. If you are planning on getting your Designation and completing more than one CI class, it is definitely worth becoming a CCIM Candidate.
2) Become a CCIM San Diego Chapter Member.
If you are not already a CCIM San Diego Chapter Member, you can join HERE or tag it on to your CCIM Candidate membership through the CCIM Institute. Our local CCIM San Diego Membership gives you reduced membership rates at our Chapter events and some core Designation courses we hold locally. Plus, the opportunity to network with San Diego's top real estate-related professionals. You can find more about the benefits of being a CCIM San Diego Chapter Member HERE. A chapter membership with the CCIM San Diego Chapter is $150.
3) Register for your class of choice through the CCIM Institute HERE.
It takes about 24-48 hours for your Candidate membership to go through with the CCIM institute. If you prefer not to wait to register for the class call them on (800) 621-7027, option 2.
4) Apply for scholarships
You are welcome to apply for the CCIM San Diego Scholarships (for CI 102, CI 103, CI 104) or the CCIM Institutes Diversity Scholarship Program and Veterans Scholarship Program.
