The CCIM San Diego Chapter provides real estate owners, managers, brokers, lenders and other commercial real estate professionals with a distinct industry advantage through education and networking programs that promote the highest levels of excellence, competency and collaboration. The CCIM pin represents a 50-year legacy of investment analysis and fiduciary-level professionalism in all phases of the commercial real estate transaction.
You are part of that legacy and are invited to join the San Diego Chapter Board of Directors.

Role of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the Chapter.
This responsibility includes these key elements:
- Provide strategic leadership & direction
- Monitor and direct organizational performance for success
- Ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability
- Develop and produce high-quality CRE educational programs and networking events
- Ensure knowledge of member expectations, needs, concerns, and interests, and build effective relationships.
Commitment Required
- Directors must be CCIM San Diego Chapter members. CCIM Designees, Candidates and Affiliate members are eligible.
- Serve a two-year term; consider chapter leadership positions
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in board meetings
- Attend Chapter events and webinars
- Actively participate on committee(s)
- Adhere to CCIM Guidelines for Conduct and Confidentiality
